    Dear Colleagues:

We are pleased to announce the winner of 2013 Delsys Prize for Innovation and the winner is Professor Sang Wook Lee from the Catholic University of America, United States. This is the eleventh year that we have awarded the Prize and it is the intention of Delsys to continue this annual event in perpetuity. I wish to share with you the great pleasure we have in shepherding the increasing interest in the Prize.
