The 2015 Sensorimotor Control Meeting will be held in Brisbane on the 20th and 21st February, hosted by the Centre for Sensorimotor Performance in the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences at the University of Queensland.
The meeting has traditionally been organised as a satellite to the Australian Neuroscience Society Meeting (ANS). However, in 2015 ANS will be taking place in August and so the organisers of the SMC Meeting have elected to schedule it separtely in 2015.
Abstract deadline is Jan 15th.
While the meeting does centre around motor control, there is ample scope for biomechanical research to be presented.
Guest plenary speakers include Prof John Rothwell, Prof Gerald Loeb, Prof Jason Mattingly and Prof Peter Silburn.
