  • 2016 South Central ASB Annual Meeting

    Hi all,

    2016 South Central American Society of Biomechanics Annual Meeting will be held at Texas Woman's University, Denton, TX (TWU-Denton) on April 1-2, 2016.

    The conference will be a welcoming environment to undergraduate as well as graduate students. Students are encouraged to present their research projects at the meeting while receiving constructive feedback from the peers and faculty.

    Abstracts representing all areas of biomechanics are invited for podium presentations. The abstract submission deadline is Friday, March 4, 2016. The Awards Committee will present "Best Presentation" awards for each category: undergraduate and graduate.

    • Abstract submission deadline: March 4, 2016

    This is the second announcement of SCASB 2016.

    2016 South Central American Society of Biomechanics Annual Meeting will be held at Texas Woman's University, Denton, TX (TWU-Denton) on April 1-2, 2016.

    The conference will be a welcoming environment to undergraduate as well as graduate students. Students are encouraged to present their research projects at the meeting while receiving constructive feedback from the peers and faculty.

    The keynote speaker is Dr. Ron Davis, Professor of Kinesiology, Texas Woman’s University, and the title of his presentation is "Creating a scientific foundation for disability sport performance."
