  • FREE AnyBody webcast 15 March: Simulating man-machine symbiosis

Ananth Gopalakrishnan, Application Engineer at AnyBody Technology will present:

Simulating man-machine symbiosis: Improved design solutions, from ergonomics to assistive technology

Prototypes of equipment and environments involving human interaction can undergo lengthy scrutiny to ensure that the final product guarantees the safe loading of bones and soft tissues in the musculoskeletal system.

Perceiving the human and the environment as a single man-machine system is beneficial in understanding how, they influence one another.
    • What are the conceptual challenges of simulating such systems?
    • How can you simulate human-environment interaction in AnyBody?

This webcast will give an overview of the concepts underlying AnyBody’s inverse dynamic simulations. A subsequent demo will show how features such as closed loop kinematics, contact/ground reaction force prediction, interactive widgets etc. can all come together to build quick, robust solutions to design problems in ergonomics and assistive devices.

The presentation is given twice 15 March, but seating is limited, so sign up now.
