The 2017 IRCOBI conference will be held in Antwerp, Belgium, on 13-15 September 2017.
It comprises full papers and short communications in injury biomechanics.
Specific topics usually include:
- accident analysis / injury epidemiology
- computational models of injury
- safety of road users incl. aspects of assisted and automated driving
- blast injury
- sports injury
- tissue biomechanics
The 2017 conference will feature a special session on diversity (e.g. gender, body mass, height, age, etc.) in injury biomechanics.
The deadline for abstract submission for full papers is December 15, 2016, and for short communications April 1, 2017.
