THEME: Clinical Biomechanics in Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation
The Motion Analysis Research Center was established at Samuel Merritt University in 2013 to support the teaching and research aspirations of the Departments of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy, and the California School of Podiatric Medicine. The annual symposium offers faculty, students, and community members an opportunity to actively participate in a forum that includes tutorials, workshops, and presentations, interacting with invited speakers from a variety of fields, all with interests in clinical biomechanics, sports medicine, and rehabilitation.
This year, the event is held over two days, November 2 & 3, 2018, with the first day devoted to workshops and tutorials. On the second day, keynote addresses along with panel discussions and oral and poster presentations will take place. This will be an exciting and rewarding event that will be of interest to a wide range of participants in the healthcare industry. We look forward to welcoming you to the Motion Analysis Research Center in Oakland CA in November 2018.
