The SimCP consortium will hold a symposium at KU Leuven on 8-9 November 2018 to present the outcomes of the SimCP project. The main goal of the SimCP project was to develop a simulation platform to predict the impact of orthopedic interventions on gait performance in children with cerebral palsy. Invited speakers (Prof Reinald Brunner, Prof Fulvia Taddei, Prof Marjolein van der Krogt, Prof Guy Molenaers, and many more) will also address cerebral palsy from clinical, biomechanical, and modeling perspectives. The symposium will include a hands-on workshop of the simulation platform to perform virtual surgeries. Registration to attend the symposium is free.
