The 2019 Human Movement Science Research Symposium will be held on Friday, March 22, 2019 from 9:00am - 5:00pm in the Blue Zone at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and will be followed by a complimentary happy hour from 5:00pm - 6:00pm. This meeting also serves as a regional meeting for the American Society of Biomechanics.
On behalf of our research committee I want to reach out and invite you and your students to our 2019 Human Movement Science Research Symposium. Graduate students are also encouraged to submit abstracts to present.

Our symposium is a fantastic opportunity for students to present their research within all areas of Human Movement and Kinesiology (Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, Neuroscience, Biomaterials, etc.). Abstract submission deadlines are February 22, 2019.
Keynote Speaker
We are happy to announce the 2019 Keynote Speaker: Dr. Anthony Beutler. Dr. Beutler, Colonel, Air Force is a full professor in the Department of Family Medicine and the medical director of the Uniformed Services University (USU) Injury Research Prevention Laboratory. Dr. Beutler is an acclaimed international educator and researcher in sports medicine and musculoskeletal injury prevention.
