This is a gentle reminder for the upcoming deadline for work in progress and demo submission!
The deadline for both is this Friday June 19th 2020 at 23.59h anywhere in the world.

We are very happy that we are still able to organize Eurohaptics 2020! We discussed details with the venue and we can still go ahead, although (obviously) with a smaller number of participants. We will be able to adhere to the COVID-19 regulations, with social distancing and a maximum number of participants. It will definitely be an interesting conference in many respects, no to miss! We still have a number of places available, so make sure to register soon!

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS: WORK-IN-PROGRESS AND DEMOS

Submission for Work-in-Progress and Demos is now open! Go here to submit your abstract!

    **Work in progress**
These shorter submissions describe recently completed work or highly relevant results of work in progress in all areas related to haptics science, technology and applications. Work in progress submissions will be reviewed by the members of the Programme Committee. Selected submissions will be presented during the dedicated work in progress poster session.

Go here to submit your work-in-progress abstract.
    Deadline is June 19th 2020.

    **Demos**
Eurohaptics 2020 will feature several sessions devoted to live demonstrations of innovative haptics research, technology and applications. Each proposal must include a short abstract of approximately 100 words and an image to describe the demonstration. Inclusion of hyperlink to a demonstration video clip is highly encouraged. Please also include a mock-up image to be used for space planning and a list of technical requirements (number of tables, power requirements including number of sockets, etc.).

Submission of hands-on demonstrations is open to all members of the haptics research community. Authors of accepted papers are particularly welcome to apply for demonstration space to support their presentation. Hands-on-demos should be free of commercial content. Companies wishing to showcase their product should refer to our sponsorship options.

Go here to submit your demo.
    Deadline is June 19th 2020.

    **COVID-19**
We keep on monitoring the situation concerning COVID-19 (Corona virus) closely. For the most up to date situation in the Netherlands, please visit https://www.rivm.nl/en.

For more information regarding the conference, please visit http://eurohaptics2020.org/
