  • 19th STAFFORDSHIRE CONFERENCE ON CLINICAL BIOMECHANICS, Stoke on Trent, UK (30 April – 1 May 2021) – online conference

    We are pleased to invite you to the 19th consecutive Staffordshire Conference on Clinical Biomechanics at the University Campus, Stoke on Trent (30 April – 1 May 2021). As in previous years, this conference provides a forum for information dissemination on lower limb clinical biomechanics and will facilitate discussion on research and case studies in this field via plenary sessions.

    The overall conference content will focus on musculoskeletal biomechanics and assistive technology, with a series of 5 symposia on the following topics:
    1. Footwear biomechanics
    2. Clinical outcomes based on biomechanics
    3. Orthotic interventions
    4. Rehabilitation and assistive technology for mobility
    5. Congenital musculoskeletal conditions and children's podiatry

    Our speakers include:
    • Professor Anthony Bull, Imperial College London, UK
    • Professor Nathalie Vanicek, University of Hull, UK
    • Dr Cylie Williams, Monash University, Australia
    • Mr Simon Bartold, Bartold Clinical, Australia
    • Dr Carina Price, Salford University, UK
