The American Society of Biomechanics (ASB) Diversity Travel award is being offered again for the 2021 meeting. The purpose of the Diversity Travel Award is to encourage diversity and inclusion at the Virtual 45th Meeting (August 10 – 13, 2021) of the American Society of Biomechanics (ASB) by supporting attendance of individuals from diverse backgrounds. These awards provide free registration. ASB anticipates awarding approximately 20 awards.
Please note: You do not have to be a member of ASB to apply, nor do you have to have an accepted presentation.
Deadline for submission of ASB Diversity Travel award applications is May 31, 2021 at 11:59pm Pacific Daylight Time. Questions and applications can be submitted electronically to the ASB Diversity Committee Chair. An evaluation committee selected by the ASB Diversity Committee Chair will review applications, with announcements of awards expected by June 4, 2021.
