2024 Northwest Biomechanics Symposium
The University of Oregon will be the host site of the 19th Annual Northwest Biomechanics Symposium (NWBS).
This symposium, in the spirit of ASB meetings, will encourage students in biomechanics, assist regional collaborations between research institutions, and advance the state-of-the-art in biomechanics. A keynote address will be given by past ASB President, Jill McNitt-Gray. This will set the educational tone for the symposium, and student presentations will both educate and promote discussion. Round table discussions will facilitate interactions and analysis of technical topics confronting current biomechanics research. Together, these activities will provide an atmosphere rich in student and faculty networking for both career and research advancement.
Key Dates
Abstract Submissions: April 5th
Notification of Acceptance: April 15th
Conference: May 17 – 18th
