    Dear colleagues,

    We are pleased to invite you to the 13th International Conference on Strength Training (ICST 2025), which will be hosted by the University of Freiburg, Germany. The conference will take place between September 24 to 26, 2025.

    This international event brings together leading researchers and experts in the field of strength and conditioning to discuss the latest advancements in research and practice. The conference topic is “Strength Training for Performance and Health”. Accordingly, the conference will explore a wide range of perspectives, approaches, and applications in strength training.

    Call for Abstracts
    We warmly invite you and your colleagues to contribute to the scientific program of ICST 2025. Submissions for oral presentations and posters are welcome until March 17, 2025.

    For those who have not yet submitted their contributions to the 13th International Conference on Strength Training (ICST 2025), we have good news: The abstract submission deadline has been extended until April 30, 2025, allowing for additional submissions for oral presentations and posters.

    ICST 2025 will bring together leading researchers, experts, and practitioners in the field of strength training. Under the theme “Strength Training for Performance and Health”, the conference will focus on current research findings, innovative training approaches, and their practical applications. It provides an interdisciplinary platform for scientific exchange and discussions on the latest developments in strength and conditioning.
