We are excited to invite you to the 9th annual Mid-South Biomechanics Conference, taking place April 9th and 10th, 2026 at the University of Memphis in Memphis, TN.
This year we have moved the conference to April to take advantage of nicer weather in Memphis and to avoid conflicts with other regional meetings.
This FREE, two-day event is a unique, student-centered, forum for sharing biomechanics research and ideas. We especially encourage submissions from undergraduate and graduate students and abstracts at all stages of work — pilot projects, ongoing studies, or completed research — are welcome. In fact, the conference rarely declines abstracts, making it an ideal venue to gain feedback and practice presentation skills!
Abstract submission deadline: March 6th, 2026
