Hello all,
I'm finding some pressure measurement systems for measuring the human-product interaction forces.
The target products may be fitness machines, rehabilitation devices or exoskeletons.
I could find that there are two famous vendors: Tekscan and novel.
Those two vendors sell various types of pressure measurement for grip, insole and mat interfaces.
But when I investigated the prices of those systems, I found that they are very expensive so it may be a burden to a single laboratory.
So I'd like to get your advice.
Q1) Are there relatively cheaper systems that can measure pressure distribution?
Q2) I've heard that those systems usually can measure only normal pressure distribution.
Then, is there any commercial system that can measure both normal and share forces?
Best regards and thanks very much in advance,
Moonki
