Not clear what pressure you are talking about. The pressure between the body and the mattress? Or the pressure between vertebrae? For pressure between body and the mattress, you need to use Xsensor or similar pressure mat. For pressure between vertebrae, you need invasively implant/insert some sensor. If for cadaver study, you can use Tekscan.
