strain data for the tibial cartilage

Hi

I'm looking for data regarding the amount of strain in tibial cartilage under compression. I especially need to know the strain separately for the area covered by meniscus, and the area not covered by meniscus. I need this to know if there is any difference between the strain in these two areas, and how much it is different. It will be the best if these are in vivo data, but in vitro data will also be very helpful. I will appreciate if you can introduce any references and studies in this regard.

Hi, Feras. Here is a paper about an in vitro study in which tibial cartilage strains were measured before and after meniscectomy:
