Vicon video problem

I am having trouble getting most of my video to show up in the Vicon Nexus data management page so that I can Codec it for use in analysis. The video is stored in the expected place, but only a few of the video files show up in data management. I would say that about 2/3 of the video does not show up. And, of course, our support has expired.

I am very pleased to say that this morning Jeff Ovadya from Vicon called to offer help with my problem. So, with Vicon's help, I should get this solved!
