Dear subscribers,
I am trying to smooth force data (vertical jumps, running) collected on a vertical-only scale. Robertson and Dowling (2003) suggested to use a zero-lag, critically damped filter. I am familiar with the 'butter' and 'filtfilt' operations in Matlab and am wondering if similar functions exist for a critically damped filter. As inexperienced in Matlab as I am I appreciate any reference or help you are willing to provide.
Thanks so much.
