Are you using the Label Forward/Reverse instead of entire trial? Maybe, delete the C3D and start from the beginning with reconstruct.

Hi

I've got some long takes, sometime when I manually relabel after processing the marker disappears. Re-opening the take brings the marker back, but the unlabelled trajectories are broken into zillions of 1 frame segments - so they can't be labelled except frame at a time. Anyone know of a good fix/and or good core processing settings that would fix?
