Hi all
I am wanting to examine the median frequency of tibial shock signal during running using an FFT.
How much of the signal typically is subjected to the frequency analysis (obviously the analysis will pad with zero's to make the signal a power of 2) is it just the impact phase of the signal or the entire stance phase or others.
Also what window is typically used - the literature typically states that a hanning window is used.
