  • 3d Investigator wireless strobers

    Hi All,

I'm currently using NDI's 3d Investigator, and I was wondering if anyone knows if you can use the strobers separately if you're in wireless mode, or if they always need to be daisy chained? For instance I'm looking to track the movement of a platform that the subject will be on, so clearly I'm unable to have the strobers attached. I do have access to a second wireless adapter, so could potentially use this, but does anyone know if they'd even communicate?

    Thank you,

    Emily

    Hi Emily,

Yes, as far as I know you can use strobers separately with a single wireless adapter. My colleagues used three separate strobers when they were tracking three mobile robots.

btw, NDI support is really fast and kind so if you have any issues, just ask them.

    Cheers,
    Jan
