OpenSim scripts
Hi!
I am analyzing single leg stances with OpenSim and am using some scripts to automate the initial steps. I have the scaled models, and the inverse kinematics results calculated. Now, I am getting stuck with defining dynamic file names for the inverse dynamic output files (currently inverse_dynamics.sto) or if that does not work, dynamic folder names for that matter.
Any help to automate this step would be appreciated.
