Dear all,
I wanted to obtain joint centers from Helen Hayes marker trajectories. I wanted to write a Matlab code to export the joint centers. I tried to follow the Chord function in plug in gait manual. However, to follow this function I had to follow the nonlinear system of equations in Matlab and I thought that some errors may occur.Has anyone followed this method for obtaining joint centers yet? If not, would you please tell me what is the most popular method for obtaining joint centers during gait analysis?
