I have been working on a locomotion and arm reaching project with mental-disordered participants. Given the participants' mental condition, I cannot attach too many markers on them and/or take their body measurement (e.g., leg length, arm length and, etc.). So, I want to build a customized skeleton template instead of using the plug-in gait (FULL BODY) template provided by VICON Nexus. The variables I am interested in are: ankle, knee and hip joint angular motion, arm reaching initiation (shoulder and elbow joint angular motion) and hand aperture.
My question is can I get valid joint angular motion from my own template by using VICON Nexus pipeline? Do I need to use VICON Body builder? Thank you.
