Vicon Nexus 1.8.5 - Dynamic Plug-In-Gait Pipeline

Has anyone else ever had this problem .... When running the Dynamic Plug-In-Gait pipeline no events (i.e. heel strike and toe off) are being marked and labelled in the time bar although "Detect gait cycle events" pipeline has successfully been run. Does anyone know how to automatically label these events as we are looking to import the C3D file to polygon to evaluate kinetic and kinematic data (i.e. forces, moments etc). Any help would be appreciated !!

This is with the foot markers labelled and walking over force plates?

Yes we are specifically walking over two force plates on a 6m walkway.
