Miscalculation of Joint kinetics using Plug-In-Gait

Dear all,
We are using Vicon Plug-In-Gait model for estimation of lower limb joints kinetics. The ankle kinetics seems similar to those of other references, however there is a great miscalculation and noisy data about knee and hip joints. The same error exits for different participants, conditions and experiments.
I would be thankful if anyone faced the same problem using this model and guide me how to solve it.
