Re: Synchronization between Bertec force plates using Digital Acquire
Hi Silvia,
thanks for your reply. I contacted Bertec but unfortunately I could not hear back from them since they mentioned this analog cable. If you have a contact to someone who has solved this problem I will greatfull.
Thanks again,

Re: Synchronization between Bertec force plates using Digital Acquire
Dear Rodrigo,
I believe my coleagues have experienced this problem before. This was with an instrumented treadmill from Bertec, and they also noticed a delay in one of the force plates after a while. I know they have found a solution together with Bertec. From what I see, there is an analog cable between the two amplifiers that is somehow synchronizing the force plates. I was not involved in the problem solving, so I can't say much about it. But I imagine the solution may depend on the model of the forceplates and the amplifiers, so I would suggest you contact Bertec directly.
Kind regards,

Synchronization between Bertec force plates using Digital Acquire
We have a pair of Bertec force plates that you use via Digital Acquire software (native from Bertec). However, we have had issues in some studies because the software does not synchronize both force plates properly, leading to a clear delay in the second force plate, particularly if the software remains opened for a long time.
Anyone with experience with this software could provide some advice?
Much appreciated.
