Dear Mirza.
I am afraid we need a little more information to make any useful suggestions.
1. Which systems are you using?
2. Do you mean ex-post synchronisation (i.e. synchronisation after you have recorded the data from both systems)? If so, I am afraid this will not be possible, because you cannot definitely predict IC and TO (which you will clearly see in the pressure data) from the EMG data (in case I am wrong I would be more than thankful for any hints regarding this)
3. You can - given your foot pressure system and EMG system allow - use an external trigger signal that can be recorded simultaneously in both your devices and use the rising and trailing edge to synch both of your data streams.
