The Optotrak 3020 SCSI interface unit picture

Dear all,
I am having difficulty finding pci card to operate 3020 system which was out of stock at NDI long times ago. Therefore,I am finding all ways to operate the system.
Are there any users who operate the optotrak3020 system with SCSI interface unit or pci card?
I hope to get SCSI interface unit or pci card. But if impossible, at least, please give me an actual picture for this interface unit or pci card. Especially, there were no pictures for SCSI unit anywhere.
