  • Verification of vector coding code

    Dear all,

I am writing a piece of code to do vector coding on running kinematics based on the recent paper (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24485511). I hope to receive some help in verifying the accurateness of my code. I have coded it in visual 3d. This means either 1) I can gladly send over my code to anyone wishing to help (and verify against your own coding), 2) or you can send me a set of dynamic trials in a .cmo format with the vector coding results.

    Any help is gratefully appreciated.

    Regards,
    Bernard

Re: Verification of vector coding code

    Hi Bernard,

I think a good way of doing this is to use signals where you already know what the phase relationship between them should be (e.g. two sine waves with various phase shifts), run your code on those and check if it produces the expected results.

      Hi Ross,

I should have thought of that that is useful.
