Dear all,
I would like to know your critical opinion about the model developed and applied by Eltoukhy et al in this paper (Examination of the lumbar spine biomechanical model for axial Assessing compression, shear, and bending moment using selected Olympic lifts. Journal of Orthopaedics September 2016,Vol.13(3):210–219, doi:10.1016/j.jor.2015.04.002). I'm not doubting what they propoused to calculate but I was in doubt whether I can apply it to patients and indicate rehabilitation treatments based on their results, especially those related to kinetics.
