How to generate a 3D model from CT images (bitmap) of a vertebral body for ANSYS to do analysis?
I have 600 plus CT images of a vertebral body. How to generate a 3D model from that? In terms of segmentation, do I have to go image by image?
Any free software which accepts bitmap for the purpose? ITK-SNAP do not recognise bitmaps.
