I hope to have your kind opinion on my question. I want to compare angle kinematic patterns of the knee joint between 2 groups. Each participant performed 5 walking trials and i need to extract the averaged curve for each subject.
Which method of averaging you suggest? Can I perform averaging of time series with Matlab software?
