Hello,
I have a question regarding synchronization of motion capture data and video (and other analog data) in a post-processing step.
Preferably, I would like to add a continuous timecode signal to both MoCap and video data, such that we can easily determine the temporal correspondence offline.
I have two questions:
- There are many timecode formats (SMTPE, VITC, LTC)... which formats are commonly used in biomechanics?
- Does anyone know external proprietary timecode-generating devices (perhaps from the imaging-industry) that can be used?
Regards.
Ben
