I was reading some information about cellulose and collagen and I had some curious question to share with you and know your answers:
What happen at the structural level if plants have collagen instead of cellulose? Also, what happen at the structural level if human have cellulose instead of collagen? The stress-strain diagram change? What do you think about possible changes in regions of this diagram?
