Converting Euler Angles and Linear Acceleration to Displacement?

I am having trouble finding resources on how to best go about converting measurements of roll, pitch, and yaw to displacement in the anterior/posterior and medial/lateral planes.
The conversion would require converting angles to displacement, measured as centimeters from a center point (X or Y)
Also, I would need to convert measures of acceleration in the X,Y, and Z coordinates to the same displacement above.
