Hello,
We have inherited a vicon system and are having problems receiving marker/video data. The datastation is version 460 (clinical), we have 6 MCam2 cameras and workstation 5.2.4. At the moment the cameras can be recognized by the datastation and the software is able to recognize the datastation. However, no video data is coming through to the software. When we go into 'live monitor' and then to 'view-diagnositics, no lines appear for the markers as expected. We have played around with the strobe intensity but no luck. Via an external monitor to the datastation, it appears that the video data is set to ''Active Unset'. We are unable to find any further documentation as to how to get the video data recognised and sent through to the software.
If anyone has experience with this or advice on what we could try, that would be greatly appreciated!
