Failed calibration - Vicon 460

Hello,
We have a Vicon 460 in our biomechanics laboratory, I have a problem with camera calibration. Please, guide me.
In the live monitor, each camera views 2 repeated screen.when I put a marker in front of a camera, I see 2 markers in the live monitor. Additionally, when I mark calibration marker pairs in the view menu, 2 markers in live monitor connected with a yellow line. So, I can not calibrate the cameras. At the below, attached pictures show the repeated screen in the live view.

I would suggest trying to contact your local Vicon customer support agent or whoever installed the system for you.
