Is anyone familiar with "Biomedical Engineering and Instrumentation Summit"?

I got an invitation to the Biomedical Engineering and Instrumentation Summit

but I am not familiar with this new conference. Does anyone know if this is a "legitimate" conference or are they just trying to collect registration fees?
