Where to purchase: A manual trigger to send 1) a cue to turn on the light bulb, and 2) an analog data to VICON nexus to record the time of light on

I am trying to set up for "reaction time measures" with VICON nexus. I want to use light bulb as a cue to initiate the movement so I get reaction time from the delayed from the cue to the exact movement initiation. Anyone in the US has suggestion about where to purchase those elements? I wish Fry's is still on the market but they are closed earlier this year.

I've done this for a researcher in the past. If you have access to the analog inputs on the Motion Capture system and can do a little basic electronics then you could just hook up a photocell to the analog input to record the instant that the light turns on and place the photocell close to the light. When the light turns on the analog channel will respond so you will have the motion and the light synchronized together.

That's a solution I didn't think of! I will have two light bulbs to indicate movement at the left or right leg and I think using two channel for the inputs will do the work. Thank you for the suggestion.

Yea, one photocell on each light, each connected to a separate ADC input, will do the job - the photocell link includes a simple circuit diagram to show you how to power the sensors, the UCC connection could just be a battery. You can connect a voltmeter across the sensor initially to see it working when you turn the lights on and off.
