Clinical-Grade Reaction Time Testing with MoCap Integration Capability?

Is anyone aware of a reaction time or go/no-go testing solution that is "out of the box" capable for use by clinicians but also accepts digital/analog inputs or outputs so that the results of the testing can be synchronized with external systems (e.g. EMG, MoCap, etc.) ... Something like the Bertec BVT but with that I/O capability that BVT does not have (https://www.bertec.com/products/vision-trainer).

I'm pretty resourceful, having hacked clinical diagnostic ultrasound units via the ECG port for this purpose, but I'm having real difficulty finding a reaction time testing system where this is possible. Any ideas?
