Hi Everyone,
I am using Acqknowledge software to collect dynamometer and emg data. I want to apply a butterworth to these data using the software. I have been told that setting a coefficient of 0.707 will apply a butterworth filter but did not get told what order this would be and also, this will only filter forward and I will have lag.
Could somebody let me know if it is possible to apply a butterworth filter using acqknowledge and if so, how can I ensure it is a second order going forward? Secondly, if that is possible, how do I filter it backwards as a second order so that I have filtered it with a zero-lag 4th order butterworth?
Thank you in advance,
L
