Our ACES machine has decided it no longer wants to function properly. Has anyone experienced an issue where the machine will no longer calibrate? The system seems like it cannot locate itself in the exercise movement. When the bar changes position, the position on the calibration screen does not. We have checked/repaired the ribbon cable between the computer and ADI fan box, and there seems to be communication between computer and exercise machine.
During calibration, the bar will not lockout at the top position but we can lock the bar at the low position when the stepper units are increased as noted in the manual. Also, exercise testing cannot take place since the bar position never appears to change.
Does anyone have any contacts for Ariel Dynamics that work or know of a technician who can help with this system? Any advice would be helpful.
