  • Wanted: Research Assistant Position in Indianapolis

If anyone on the board knows of a research assistant position in the Indianapolis area, please fell free to let me know. I have been looking around and have come up empty. My primary interest is injury biomechanics, mostly related to automobile and aircraft crashes, but I'm not limiting my search to these area.

None of the local universities seem to have research into the topics most of interest to me (other than my own 'student, currently in the process of transferring' research) and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway would seem to be a logical choice for that sort of thing but unless you know who to talk to over there, you get the run around. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find out who to seek out so I am getting nowhere.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.

Still new to this site, but noticed one posting Forensic Injury Biomechanical Engineers but not a research assistant position.

Thank you. I should see if they would take an intern or something along those lines.
