    Improvements and experimental validation of a female breast FE model with or without underwear.

    Underwears must reach strict criteria both in terms of comfort and support. These specific criteria are dependent upon individual morphology.
    Because of the large variety of human morphologies, measurements on a large population are required to be statistically significant in order to reflect this diversity. The only way to get round this consuming process is to design a new numerical model able to make each parameter varying without any need of prototyping or experimental testing. The main goal of this project is therefore to improve a biofidelic female breast FE model that allows the determination of the breast mechanical behavior under accelerations with or without bra. This work will require a mixed experimental and numerical approach.
