    LABORATORY INSTRUCTOR (Permanent Position)



    DUTIES
    The successful applicant will be responsible for instructing students and preparing undergraduate laboratory classes in the School of Human Kinetics and Recreation. Duties include working with the course instructor to design and prepare labs; instructing and assisting students in practical techniques during the labs; marking and grading lab reports; designing lab exercises in collaboration with other laboratory instructors and faculty members; supervising student assistants; assisting students outside of formal laboratory periods and providing remedial help; supervising tests and other evaluations; and performing other related duties as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Experience (3-5 years) in conducting laboratories; completion of most college level work equivalent to a master's degree with major course work in Science (Kinesiology); or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Proven experience teaching in the areas of human anatomy, human physiology, exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor learning, and providing support services to students, is required.

    SALARY $48,931- $68,618 per annum
