Visiting Research scholarships, UiB, Norway.
A number of research positions are available for MSc graduates, current PhD students and early stage researchers (fixed-term for 6-12 months). Projects are based around fixation of biomaterials (both fundamental and applied to total joint replacements) and will include retrieval analysis. Applicants should have relevant background in mechanics or materials science/engineering. Experience in orthopaedics is an advantage but not essential. History of productive involvement in research which is indicative to your level of experience is important.
