Research Officer/Research Fellow, Institute of Sport, Exercise and Active Living
Academic Level A/B $52,191 - $88,534 per annum + 17% employer superannuation contribution. This is a full-time, fixed term appointment for two years.
We are currently looking for a researcher to join our outstanding research team of world-leading professors, research associates and postdoctural fellows in sport, exercise and active living. Our Institute of Sport, Exercise and Active Living is based at our new $68.5 million Sport and Learning Precinct building at Footscray Park campus. Applications are invited for highly-skilled and self-motivated researchers for the following project: Interactive Sports Garments and Feedback Technology.
The successful applicant will be responsible for generating research outputs, seeking external research funding and carrying out team and independent research. They will be required to provide leadership to research students associated with ISEAL where appropriate and support the research interests and strengths of ISEAL research associates.
Applicants must have knowledge and training equivalent to a PhD qualification or equivalent in this discipline and must have demonstrated research skills with a track record of successful research including funded research.
