Dr. Fleisig,

Thank you for your time on the phone today. As I explained, I own a start-up shoulder pad company. We have invented an incredible piece of shock dispersal technology that we have implemented into shoulder pads. On our third prototype build, we discovered a problem with our design.

I am interested in hiring a shoulder expert with a sports background, preferably football or baseball, that can help us with the redesign of our plan.
